Laura manages the Birch Teaching garden. Along with Matt and Simona, she plans the garden inventory and planting process in the winter, then helps Birch participants learn how to garden and keep plants thriving. Upon arriving at the garden, participant volunteers are guided by Laura in the tasks for that day.
