Birch offers up an ever-changing array of prepared quick and healthy meals from the freezer, ready anytime you want to avoid sticker shock for food delivery or can’t quite handle a full night of cooking.
You can create an entire family meal from these healthy freezer meals by adding a salad or extra protein, or you can use them as stand-alone meals. Some of the meals you may find in the shop when you come in include:

By grabbing some of these healthy freezer meals to have in the freezer each week, you can pull them out instead of choosing to go out to eat (draining your resources). This is a great way to save a little extra each week and still feel like you are getting a break from cooking. And since many of these meals are on the healthy side, you can feel good about what you are serving your family too!
