Steve Bennett is a business and estate planning attorney with the Portland law firm of Farleigh Wada Witt. He has nearly 35 years of experience helping individuals create estate plans tailored to their objectives, and review existing estate plans to ensure they are up-to-date with state and federal tax laws, applicable state laws, and evolving family structures.

Margo Seitz is an associate attorney at Farleigh Wada Witt. She practices in a variety of areas including business, litigation, estate planning, and employment. In her estate planning practice, she assists clients with the preparation of wills and trusts, estate administration, probate, and estate litigation including will and probate contests.
