Preheat oven to 300. Slice bagels very thin. (A food processor with the thick slicing blade works great!) Place a thin layer of sliced bagels on a sheet pan sprayed with vegetable spray. Sprinkle lightly with salt, seasoning or cinnamon sugar, even plain sugar depending on the type of bagel used and flavor desired. Bake 15 minutes or until barely brown. Cool completely before storing in a ziplock bag. These make a great low-fat snack.
