Barry was our first full-time employee and public relations person for BCSI. He now spends his
time as the primary contact for donors and coordinating donations.

Suzanne Birch
Executive Director/Operations Manager
Suzanne oversees the day-to-day operation inside the warehouse, and contacts new families
as the representative for the Review Committee.

Ryan Brown
Warehouse Assistant
Ryan joined us in February 2013 after completing a five month internship through the Work Experience program.
He will continue to train as a warehouseman through the Jobs Plus Program.

Steve Fivecoat
Driver/Warehouseman
A retired firefighter, Steve has volunteered off and on for several years showcasing his amazing work ethic.
In summer of 2011 he was hired as a part time driver, and helps fill in the gaps in the busy warehouse.

Lynn Holstine

Lynn returned to BCS as a full time employee in November 2012, and we are happy to have her. Her work style reminds us of the
Roadrunner cartoons; no one can keep up with her! She and Andrew Rowlett work together coordinating the back warehouse. aryl Holstine

Daryl Holstine
Warehouseman
Daryl works part time assisting Lynn and Andrew, and coordinating the Danner Boots. He is also fortunate to be married to Lynn Holstine :).

Kim Ikehara
Administrative Assistant
Kim can be found at the front desk cheerfully greeting participants.
She is our initial contact with new family referrals, and assists Jane with record
keeping.

David Johnson
Extraordinary Volunteer
David arrives every Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning with a huge smile and energy to burn.
He manages the incoming bread and is Andrew's right-hand man in the cooler. What a joy it is to
have him always here with us!

Andrew Rowlett
Warehouseman
Andrew returned to BCS in summer of 2010 as a warehouseman. He partners with Lynn Holstine in coordinating the
cooler and refrigeration storage and distribution, and directs volunteers in the warehouse. Andrew's upbeat
personality and great sense of humor keep the volunteers and staff on their toes.

Krista Rubio
Volunteer Coordinator
Krista became involved at BCS as a Steps to Success volunteer intern in 2009. She did such an amazing job we hired
her in 2010 as an employee. As a single mom of Gabe, age 5, she balances working three days a week coordinating
volunteers in the clean room and on the distribution floor. Her sweet and gentle spirit is an encouragement to
everyone around her!

Dave Toedtemeier
Driver
Dave came on staff in April 2007 after volunteering for several years.
Dave is our Tuesday/Thursday driver picking up product, while still willingly volunteering for us one additional day a week.
This keeps his "retirement" exciting, in combination with his interest in coins, hunting and fishing.

One of our Board of Directors, Jan volunteers two days a week at the warehouse. Her ready laugh
and exuberant personality make her a fun person to work with. Jans known for her
compassionate spirit and willingness to listen without judgement to hurting people.

Administrative Assistant
Jane came on as part-time staff January 1, 2006, after volunteering for many years. Jane helps keep the records straight with
volunteers and participant updates, and serves as Egbert Kunrath's assistant for the Good $ense classes.
